What is Jaypore?

Jaypore is about bringing the world a little closer together. We discover the best designs from artisans and craftsmen from all over India, and deliver them at exceptional value to our members.

Is there any quality assurance for the items ordered?

Each product is delivered to the customer only after it has cleared a stringent quality check process comprising 4-5 layers of checking.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email and sms confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. For any concerns please email on hello@jaypore.com

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

How to check current status of my order?

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

Can I add more items after placing the order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items to it. You may place a new order for the items you missed out on adding.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request for order cancelation within 24 hours of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support team through the “Contact Us” section on the website. Simply send an email to hello@jaypore.com or give us a call on 730-5297673 for any complaint.

My Payment has failed? What should I Do?

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry after 5 minutes, after ensuring correct banking credentials are used. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can drop us an email.

My account has been debited but order not confirmed? What Should I do?

We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldnt have been received by us yet. Please wait for 24 hours to check if the order has been confirmed or if the amount is credited back to you. If neither happens, please drop us a mail and we’ll help you further.

Do you take alteration requests?

We currently do not provide any alterations / customizations.

Do you engage in wholesale transactions?

We don’t indulge in wholesale transactions. However, for bulk or corporate order requests, you may reach out to our team on b2b@jaypore.com

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you deliver to my location?

Serviceability depends on the location pin code and the nature of payment. Please reach out to our customer care team for any related queries

How are products delivered to me?

At Jaypore, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an e mail and SMS informing you the details of courier partner and AWB (Tracking number) number using which you can track your shipment.

Is there any additional delivery charge?

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee

How do I track my order?

‘My Orders page would provide you with complete information of your order including the order status, payment status and tracking details.

What are the shipping timelines?

Because each craftsman and artisans process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times

On what days of week can I expect my order?

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Can I change the billing and delivery address of my recent order?

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, you may request to reschedule the delivery by calling the Jaypore care team on 730-5297673 from 9:30AM to 7:00PM IST, Mon to Sat or email us on hello@jaypore.com

I have only received part of my order. When’s the remaining expected to arrive?

The reasons why you would have partially received the order could be:

  • The dispatch timeline of the products ordered vary
  • We shipped out your items in two different shipments. The other would still be in transit.
  • The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a cancellation notification via email and the refund for the items will be initiated.

What should I do if I miss the delivery?

We understand that you can’t wait at your delivery address all the time, and that is exactly why we will try to attempt delivering your order thrice. So, if you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again. We’ll also try and drop you a call, in case you miss the delivery to understand your delivery requirements.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex. Jaypore does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please refer to our shipping table below:

What are the shipping charges I have to pay for delivery outside India?

The price mentioned hereinabove is exclusive of custom duties and taxes that might be applicable based on the delivery location. In addition, the customer may be required to pay an additional amount towards disbursement fee based on the delivery location to the courier partner to get the shipment cleared from customs on customers behalf. The amount will be calculated and included at the time of final invoice issued to the customer by the courier partner and the same is payable to the courier partner immediately at the time of delivery.

Can I check the product before accepting the delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer open delivery, and you cannot check the product before accepting it. However, in case you do not like the product, you always can return the product back as per the return policy of the item

Refunds and returns

What is Jaypore’s return and exchange policy?

Eligible products can only be returned within 10 days after the delivery date. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page. Since, each of our product is unique, we do not provide an exchange option. The following conditions should be met:

  • Product is unused, unwashed and in original condition.
  • The price tags, brand tags, and all original packaging is intact

I have received a damaged product. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Are all Jaypore products returnable?

Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are Final Sale. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

How does the return process works?

You may reach out to our customer care team on 730-5297673 from 9:30AM to 7:00PM IST, Mon to Sat or email us on hello@jaypore.com. Alternatively, you may place your request on the chat window. Upon checking the eligibility, our CS team will email you the return formalities on your registered email id.

How will I get my refund?

Once your return has been authorized, wed be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Jaypore account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if youd like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

What is Store Credit?

A Store Credit is a sum of money that is kept in your Jaypore account and which can be redeemed against future purchases on Jaypore.com only

Is there any validity to use the store credit?

The store credit is kept in your account indefinitely until redeemed or transferred to your bank account.

Can I request for bank refund against my store credit?

How soon will the return process be over?

We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Jaypore Care team at hello@jaypore.com.

Gift card

Where can I purchase a gift card?

  • Gift cards can be purchased online on www.jaypore.com. You may pick any one of the suggested denominations or enter the amount of your choice (minimum of Rs. 500 or USD 25 and maximum of Rs. 50,000 or USD 1000)
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using credit notes.
  • No offers/codes will be applicable while purchasing a Gift Card.

Are there any charges associated with purchasing a Jaypore gift card?

Apart from the amount of the gift, there are no fees or charges associated with purchasing a Jaypore Gift card

Where can gift cards be redeemed?

The Jaypore E-Gift Card can only be redeemed on www.jaypore.com. It cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or card funds

How do I redeem my gift card?

The Jaypore E-Gift Card amount can be added to the recipients account by using the E-Gift Card coupon code received on email. On adding the coupon code, the same amount will reflect in their account.

When does the gift coupon expire?

The Jaypore E-Gift Card amount will expire within 3 months from the date the coupon code has been redeemed & amount has been added to the recipients account. At the end of this expiration period, any amount credited from the coupon code will be lost. The Jaypore E-Gift Card does not have an expiry date till the time it has not been redeemed.

Can I get a refund on my gift card?

The Jaypore E-Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Jaypore reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms & conditions of the The Jaypore E Gift Card without any prior notice. Including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, Jaypore deems such action necessary.
