Made from pure pashmina, this exquisite and very finely designed borders and palledar jamawar shawl has been handwoven with special wooden spools called Tojli in Kashmiri.
A connoisseurs delight, this original vintage 1840s Sikh period shawl has jamawar corner ornaments (kunj) enhanced with intricate embroidery. Expertly restored by traditional Rafoogars and washed, the jamawar borders and pallas are lined with muslin. The shawl has fine, new hand woven Kashmiri Pashmina pallas/ends. A collectors piece.
